Christmas gifts have arrived

Dear friends!

First with the good news, I managed to deal with Customs yesterday and we finally received the gifts!!! They are in the office now and already Eunice and I are trying to organise logistics for the beginning of the year. Photos to follow in 2018.

Your generous spirit has brought so much comfort and joy to so many people in Swaziland, there are no words to describe the gratitude they feel. The best we can say is thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We at All Out Africa would be lost without your efforts!

Wishing you and yours a Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year!

Best Regards

Michelle and Team

Christmas Gifts update

Unfortunately, there is a strike at the Customs in Swaziland. The gifts we sent are therefore stranded in Mbabane at the moment. This is the mail I received today:

Hi Atle,

Hope you are enjoying the festivities leading up to Christmas.

I just wanted to give you an update on the gifts.

Unfortunately, the Customs Strike is going on so we still have not received the gifts. I went up to the head office on Monday to find a way forward but I got no help. I am going to see them again today and hopefully I can get some help.

Thanks again for your help and I will keep you updated!

Best Regards

Michelle

Christmas party

Good morning Atle,

What an exciting week we had!  The children had an amazing time!
It was a cold and rainy 2 days for the children but that did not stop the fun. Sun International really did an exceptional job. The children played and ate and were just kids! It was a heart-warming experience for all of us! I look forward to the next Christmas Party! I will let the pictures speak for themselves.

I have included photos of the  Teacher’s Christmas party we had on Friday, maybe you will see some familiar faces.

Once again, thank you!

Michelle

Christmas Gifts from Swaziland

To support the vulnerable children, the women working with them have made more than 100 small dolls and sent them to Norway. We are now selling them for NOK 250. The income will be returned to support the children with food and school in 2017. The cost of supporting one child is approximately 100 NOK per month.

The doll comes with a small tag with a greeting from the woman who made it and a small brochure (in Norwegian) about the project.

If you wish to buy a doll, please send a mail to atle.sundoy@gmail.com. Payment can be made to account no 3411.39.67775 or VIPPS #102351.

If you live outside Norway, you can transfer money to

All Out Africa Stiftelse

IBAN NO4334113967775

SWIFT DNBANOKK

We will send you the dolls before Christmas

200 gifts shipped to Swaziland

With the help of many good hearted people, including many children, we have collected gifts for the children at the NCPs and today we shipped around 200 gifts together with Christmas cards and some other things for the Christmas party in Swaziland. This means that each of the kids gets a gift for Christmas.

Thank you to all who made this possible.
